On January 16, students from the German School of Toulouse and the Lyc\u00e9e Victor Hugo in Colomiers met 92-year-old Marie Vaislic, a survivor of the Nazi era.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her poignant and moving testimony prompted astonishment, horror and admiration among the audience at the Eurocampus, where Marie Vaislic recounted her persecution, deportation, incarceration in several German concentration camps and – finally – her liberation from such inhuman barbarity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are grateful to Mrs Vaislic for this powerful exchange with our students and teachers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
