Evelyn Diesterheft, Administrative Director of the German School Toulouse, Awarded the Franco-German Friendship Prize
Evelyn Diesterheft was awarded the Franco-German Friendship Prize by Consul General Stefanie Zeidler on the evening of January 22 at the “Hôtel de la Région Occitanie” in the presence of Nadia Pellefigue, the Vice President of the Occitanie Regional Council.
Evelyn Diesterheft, who has served as the Administrative Director of the German School Toulouse since 2002, describes Toulouse as the ideal place to develop into a truly multicultural individual.
In a ceremony combining speeches and music, the Consul General praised Evelyn Diesterheft for her daily commitment to fostering friendly cooperation between Germans and the French, which she accomplishes through her work at the German School Toulouse.
Through her belief that everyone is an ambassador of their country every day, her sentimental connection between the two countries was formed.
