„An iPad for every pupil in grades 10,11 and 12″ Project is successfully rolled out
The digitalisation of the German School of Toulouse achieved another milestone, as the pupils in grades 10, 11 and 12 all received an iPad at the start of the school year, for use both in class and at home.
Tools such as eBooks, AppleTV and GoodNotes complete the package. The project supports the school’s aim to offer students new opportunities to face future challenges. Initial feedback from students and teachers has been enthusiastic.
School principal Dr Martin Weinert was pleased with the result: “Implementing teaching with iPads is another example of the German School of Toulouse’s accomplishment. Thanks to the support of our parents’ committee and the commitment of all stakeholders, some of whom worked during the summer holidays to prepare for using the iPads, we’re able to break new ground and provide our students with the best tools for a great education. A big thank you to everyone who contributed to this.”
