Drama Meets Dialogue: BYTE’s Workshop Inspires Young Performers at Eurocampus

Language and drama were once again the focus of the Australian theatre company BYTE. The three actors and playwright Joachim Matschoss gave the DST and IST students the opportunity to rehearse short scenes on various topics and portray emotions in two workshops.

Our year 10 students were delighted with the interactive workshops, where they were not only able to improve their acting skills but also their English language skills, as the programme was conducted entirely in English and they worked in mixed groups together with the IST students.

In the afternoon, years 10 and 11 benefited from the one-hour performance by the three actresses. Our five guest students, who are currently visiting us from the German schools in Oslo, Helsinki, London and The Hague, were also able to experience this fantastic cooperation with IST.
